Medium Day

  1. Kettlebell Complex x 3 sets (1:30 timer):
    • Snatch 5 + Squat 5 + Push Press 5 (L/R)
  2. Three sets (8-12 reps except where noted):
    • Curtsy Lunge
    • Bottoms-Up Clean. 5/5
    • Press or Double Press
    • Ring Pull
  3. Five sets (1:00 timer):
    • Swing 20 or Squat 10
  4. Abs
