Medium Day

  1. Kettlebell complex. 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing 5, BUC 5, Squat 5 L/R
  2. Three sets (8-12 reps/set):
    • Lateral Lunge
    • Pushup or Floor Press
    • Ring Pull or Double KB Row
  3. Five sets on the minute: Swing x 20 or Squat x 10
  4. Abs
