Medium Day

  1. Kettlebell Complex x 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • (Swing + Snatch) x 5 + Thruster x 5
  2. Three sets:
    • Strict Press
    • Single-Leg Deadlift
    • Pull/Chinup and/or Negatives
  3. Swing 20 or Push Press 5/5 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs and Pullovers
