Conditioning

Three sets each exercise; each set on 1:30 timer.

  1. Station A:
    • Clean + Push Press. 8/8
    • Split Squat. 8/8/5/5
  2. Station B:
    • Swing. 10 + Swing. 10 (drop set)
    • Snatch. 12/12
  3. Station C:
    • Ring Pulls. 5 + 5 (two sets, 0:30 rest in between)
    • Goblet Squat. 10 + 5 (drop set)

Extra:

  • Pushups. 30
  • Obliques. 20
  • Abs. 40
