- Station A:
- Clean + Push Press. 8/8
- Split Squat. 8/8/5/5
- Station B:
- Swing. 10 + Swing. 10 (drop set)
- Snatch. 12/12
- Station C:
- Ring Pulls. 5 + 5 (two sets, 0:30 rest in between)
- Goblet Squat. 10 + 5 (drop set)
Extra:
- Pushups. 30
- Obliques. 20
- Abs. 40
