Three sets each exercise on a 1:30 timer.

Station A:

  • Clean + Push Press. 8/8
  • Split Squat. 8/8/5/5

Station B:

  • Swing + Swing. 10 + 10
  • Snatch. 12/12

Station C:

  • Ring Pulls. 5 + 5
  • Goblet Squats. 10 + 5

Extra Credit:

  • Pushups. 30
  • Obliques. 20
  • Abs. 40
