3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 timer.

Station A:

  • Snatch. 12/12
  • Split Squat. 10/10

Station B:

  • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
  • Push Press. 10/10

Station C:

  • Double Clean. 8 + Double Squat. 8
  • Pushups. 7 + 7

Extra Credit (2 sets each):

  • Pullovers. 8-12
  • KB Rows. 8/8 – 12/12
  • Abs. 8 – 12
  • Ring Pulls. To Failure
