- Split Squat. 10s, 12s, 10s – 15s
Station B:
- Snatch. 20L, 20R, 10/10
- Jump Back + Deadlift. 10
Station C:
- Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10 (superset)
- Squat (any style). 10, 12, 10-15
Extra Credit (2 sets each):
- Abs. 40 reps
- Obliques. 20 reps
- Band Pulls. 40 reps
