Light + High Volume

3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 timer.

Station A:

  • (Double) Swing x 5 + Clean x 5 + Push Press x 5
  • Split Squat. 10s, 12s, 10s – 15s

Station B:

  • Snatch. 20L, 20R, 10/10
  • Jump Back + Deadlift. 10

Station C:

  • Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10 (superset)
  • Squat (any style). 10, 12, 10-15

Extra Credit (2 sets each):

  • Abs. 40 reps
  • Obliques. 20 reps
  • Band Pulls. 40 reps
