Alternating OT :90

Station A – 3 Sets Each:

  • Swing x 10 + Deadlift x 10
  • Push Press x 10/10

Station B – 3 Sets Each:

  • High Pull or Snatch x 12/12
  • Split Squat x 10/10, 12/12, 15/15

Station C – 3 Sets Each:

  • Ring Pulls x 5 + 5-10
  • Swing x 10 + Goblet Squat x 10

Extra Credit:

  • Push-ups x 30
  • Abs x 40
  • Pull Aparts x Lots
