1:30 Timer, 3 sets each exercise, 3 stations (18 sets total).

A.

  • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
  • Push Press. 10/10

B.

  • High Pull or Snatch. 12/12
  • Split Squat. 10/10, 12/12, 15/15

C.

  • Ring Pull: to muscular failure
  • Swing. 10 + Goblet Squat. 10

Extra Credit:

  • Pushups. 30
  • Abs. 40
  • Band Pullaparts: 2 sets to failure
