Light + High Volume

3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 Timer.

Station A:

  • Double Clean. 10 + Push Press. 10
  • Split Squat. 10/10, 15/15, 10/10 – 20/20

Station B:

  • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
  • Snatch or High Pull. 10/10, 15/15, 10/10 – 20/20

Station C:

  • Goblet Squat. 8 + Goblet Squat. 8 (drop set)
  • Ring Pulls (strict). 5 reps, rest, 5 more reps

Extra Credit:

  • Pushups. 30
  • Abs (your choice). 3 sets
  • Band Pullaparts. 2 sets
