Light + High Volume

3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 Timer.

Station A:

  • Clean and Press x 8/8
  • Double Clean x 5 + Lunge x 5 L/R

Station B:

  • Jump Back + Deadlift x 10
  • Snatch or High Pull x 10/10 + 5/5

Station C:

  • Two-Hand Swing x 10 + Goblet Squat x 10
  • Ring Pushups x 7 + 7

Extra Credit Circuit (3 sets each):

  • Pullovers x 8-12
  • Ab Exercise (your choice)
  • Ring Pulls
