Circuit :30/:20 x 4

  1. High Pull + Snatch L
  2. BU Lunge L
  3. Clean & Press L
  4. Ring Pulls
  5. Transfers
  6. High Pull + Snatch R
  7. BU Lunge R
  8. Clean & Press R

4 Minute Squat, Stretch

9:00am Class

Part 1:

V02 Snatch :15/:15 x 30 sets. Alternate left/right.  These are LIGHT and FAST snatches folks. 7-8 reps in 15 seconds with a focus on cardiovascular training.   If you are not snatching yet, swings are a-ok!

Part 2:

I Go, You Go :30/:30 x 4

  • Plank Up
  • Squat
  • Russian Twist

4 Minute Squat, stretch.
