3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 timer.

Station A:

  • Snatch or High Pull. 10/10 – 15/15
  • Split Squat. 10/10 – 15/15

Station B:

  • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
  • Push Press. 10/10

Station C:

  • Double Clean. 8 + Double Squat. 8
  • Double Row. 10 + Row. 5/5

Extra Credit:

  • Pushups x 30
  • Abs. 3 sets
  • Band Pulls. 2 sets
