    • Forward/Back Lunge 5/5
  3. Three sets each (1:30timer):
    • Squat 8 + Split Squat 5/5
    • Swing + High Pull 5/5
  4. Two sets each:
    • Band Pullapart
    • Side Bend
    • V-Up
