    • “Double Pump” Step-Back Lunge 5/5
    • Snatch 20, 20, 10/10
  3. Three times through (1:00 timer):
    • Squat 10
    • Pushup or Front Plank 10 reps or 30 sec
    • KB Row 8/8
  4. Abs 40 reps
