Conditioning

  1. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Transfers or hand-to-hand swing. 20 total
    • Split squats. 5/5/5/5
  2. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Jump back + deadlift. 10
    • Swing, Clean, Push Press. 5/5
  3. Three times through (1:00 timer):
    • Goblet Squat. 10
    • Heavy Swing. 10
    • Pushups or Pullovers. 10
    • Leg Raise, V-up, or Ab Mat. 10
