Conditioning

  1. 3 times through (1:30 timer):
    • Snatch: 20L, 20R, 10/10
    • Squat x 10 + Split Squat x 5/5
  2. 3 times through (1:30 timer):
    • Double Swing + Clean x 5 + Push Press x 10
    • Transfers x 10
  3. Two-hand swing (1:00 timer): 10, 15, 20, 15, 10
  4. Two sets each:
    • Deadlift x 5-10
    • Strict Press or Pushup
    • Rows or Ring Pulls
    • Abs
