Conditioning

  1. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Transfer or H2H Swing. 20 reps total
    • Split Squat. 5/5/5/5
  2. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Jump Back + Deadlift. 10
    • Swing, Clean, Push Press. 5/5
  3. Three times through (1:00 timer):
    • Goblet Squat. 10
    • KB Swing. 10
    • Pushups or Pullovers. 10
    • Ab Mat, Leg Raise, or V-Up. 10
