    • Swing. 10 + Squat. 10
    • Snatch. 10/10
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Split Squat. 10/10, 12/12, 15/15
    • Clean and Push Press. 5/5
  4. Two sets each (own pace):
    • Ring Pulls, Pullups, Double Row. 6-20
    • Pushups. 6-20
  5. Two sets each (own pace):
    • KB Deadlift. 5-10
    • Abs. 6-20
