Conditioning

  1. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Squat. 8 + 8 (drop set)
    • Double Swing. 5, Clean. 5, SeeSaw Press. 5/5
  2. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
    • Clean and Push Press. 5/5
  3. Snatch 1 min, rest 1 min, snatch 1 min
  4. Two sets each:
    • Lunge or SLDL
    • Row, Pullup or Ring Pull
    • Abs
