    • Jump/Step-Back + Deadlift. 8-12
    • Forward/Back Lunge 5/5
  3. Twice through (:30/:30 work/rest):
    • Snatch left
    • Transfers
    • Snatch right
    • Two-hand swing
  4. Free-time; exercises of choice
