Conditioning

  1. Three times through (1:30):
    • Swing. 10 + Deadlift. 10
    • Clean and Push Press. 5/5
  2. Three times through (1:30):
    • Squat. 8 + 8
    • Double Swing. 5 + Clean. 5 + SeeSaw Press. 5/5
  3. Snatch 1 minute, rest 1 minute, snatch 1 minute
  4. Two sets each:
    • KB Deadlift. 5-10
    • Step-ups or Lunges. 5-10 L/R
    • Ring Pulls or Chin/Pullups
