  2. Three sets each (1:30 timer):
    • Transfers. 10
    • Forward/Back Lunge. 5/5
  3. Three sets each (1:00 timer):
    • Swing or Deadlift. 10
    • Strict Press. 5/5
    • KB Row. 5/5
  4. Abs. 50 reps
