Light + High Volume

3 stations, 3 sets each exercise, alternating. 1:30 timer.

Station A:

  • Double Clean + Push Press x 10
  • Swing 5 left, 5 right, 5 both x 2 (30 reps total)

Station B:

  • Split Squat x 10/10, 10/10, 15/15
  • Snatch or High Pull x 12/12

Station C:

  • Goblet Squat x 10 + 5 (drop set)
  • Ring Pulls x 5 + 5

Extra Credit:

  • Pushups x 20-30
  • Leg Raises x 20-30
  • Ab Mat Crunch x 20-30
