Station B:

- Snatch or High Pull x 12/12
Station C:
- Goblet Squat x 10 + 5 (drop set)
- Ring Pulls x 5 + 5
Extra Credit:
- Pushups x 20-30
- Leg Raises x 20-30
- Ab Mat Crunch x 20-30
