Intensity – Heavy

Part 1: Double KB Complex – 4 times through.  Start LIGHT, work heavy.

  • Dbl Swing x 5
  • Dbl Clean x 5
  • Dbl Front Squat x 5
  • Dbl Press x 5

After 1st, 2nd, and 3rd complex: Pull/Chin Up x 5, Handstand x 1

Finish with final heavy complex.

Part 2: Heavy Snatches on the Minute.  5L/5R x 5

Smash and Stretch
