Medium Day

  1. Warmup
  2. Double KB Complex, 5 reps each, 2 sets (1:00 timer):
    • Clean + Squat
    • Swing + Snatch
    • Squat + Push Press
  3. Three Sets:
    • Step-Ups or BSS. 8/8+
    • Snatch. 12/12
  4. Three Sets:
    • Ring Pulls. 5-10
    • Pushups. 8-12
    • Ab Mat Crunch. 10-20
