  3. Snatch 10/10 x 3 (1:30 timer)
  4. Three-Four Sets:
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
    • Double KB Row. 8
    • Press. 8/8
  5. Two Sets:
    • Ab Wheel
    • Side Bend
