  2. Double KB Complexes (1:00 timer, 5 reps each, 2 times through)
    • Clean + Squat
    • Swing + Snatch
    • Squat + Push Press
  3. Three sets:
    • Step-ups. 8/8
    • Snatch. 12/12
  4. Three sets:
    • Double KB Row. 8-12
    • Double KB Press. 8
    • Abs. 10-20
