3. Double Kettlebell CHAIN on a 1:30 timer (5 reps each, 4 sets)
- Swing + Clean + Push Press + Squat
4. Three sets:
- Strict Press. 5/5
- Negative Pullups/Chinups. 3 + Ring Pulls. 8
- Step-Back Lunge (one big KB). 8/8
5. Three sets:
- Abs. 10-15
- Pushups. 10-15
