Intensity – Medium

1. Warmup + Arm Bars

2. Double Kettlebell CHAIN on a 1:30 timer (5 reps each, 4 sets)

  • Swing + Clean + Push Press + Squat

3. Repeat:

  • Press. 8/8
  • Ring Pulls/Pullups
  • Lunge. 8/8

4. Snatch 12 reps each minute (alternate left/right) x 6 sets

5. Abs. 12 x 3, Pullovers. 12 x 3
