1. Warmup + Arm Bars

2. Snatch: 2 minutes continuously

3. Two sets each, alternating on a 1:30 timer:

  • Clean + Push Press. 6/6
  • Clean + Squat. 6/6

4. Three sets:

  • Bottoms-Up Press. 5/5
  • Pull/Chinups + Ring Pulls
  • Lunge. 8/8

5. Two sets:

  • Abs. 10-15
  • Pullovers. 10-15
