Part 1: Heavy Single Hand Swings OT:30 x 6 x 10 (5 minutes). Alternate L/R each set.

Part 2: 3 sets. Start light – work to medium heavy.

  • Windmill x 5/5
  • Leg Lowers x 8
  • BU Clean & Press x 5/5
  • Goblet Squat x 8

Part 3: Snatch for 2.5 minutes. Change hands every 10 reps. Light to medium bell.
