Intensity – Medium

5 Minute TGU – light or no weight (post warm-up)

Part 1 – 4 Sets:

  • Deadlift x 5
  • See Saw Press x 5
  • Bent Over Row x 8
  • Snatch x 10/10

Part 2: Single Hand Swings on the :30.  6 Reps, alternate L/R every :30. 20 sets (10 minutes total).
