Part 1: Single Hand Swings on the :30.  20 Sets of 30 seconds – 7/8 reps per set (10 minutes total).  Alternate R/L.

Part 2 , 3 Sets:

  • Goblet Squat x 8
  • Press x 5/5
  • Russian Twist x 8
  • Ring Pulls x 8
