Single Hand Swings on the :30.  8 Reps per set.  Alternate L/R each set. 20 sets total (10 minutes).

Part 2 – Intensity: Medium

3 Sets:

  • Split Squat x 5/5
  • Ring Push Up x 8
  • 1/2 Get Down x 3/3
  • Bent Over Row x 8
