Plank Practice :30 x 3 (post warm up)

Part 1 * 4 Sets:

  • Snatch x 10/10
  • Renegade Row x 5/5
  • Split Squat x 5/5
  • BU Clean + Press x 5/5

Part 2: Single Hand Swings on the :30.  Sixes and sevens. Here’s how it goes: Six reps on the left. Rest to the top of the 30 seconds.  6 reps on the right.  Rest to the top of the 30 seconds. 7 Reps on the left.  Rest. 7 on the right.  Rest.  Back to 6 on the left.  Rest. 6 on the right. Rest. Then 7 on the left…
