OT 1:30 x 3.  Alternate exercise each set.

  1. Double Clean + Push Press x 8
  2. Split Squat x 10/10

Sets:

  • 2 Pt Row x 8/8
  • Ring Pushup x 10
  • Leg Lowers x 10
