Part 1 – 4 Sets:

  • Swing x 10
  • TGU x 2/2
  • Goblet Squat x 8
  • Ring Push Up x 8
  • Bent Over Row x 8

Part 2: Snatches – medium weight.  :30/:20 x 10. Alternate arm each set.
