3. Double KB Complexes, 2x each, 1:00 timer:

  • Swing 5 + Clean 5
  • Clean 5 + Squat 5
  • Squat 5 + Push Press 5

4. Until 15 min. left:

  • Swings. 25
  • KB Row. 8/8
  • Strict Press. 5/5

5. Abs 3 sets
