Part 1 – Snatch 1 minute x 3 (2:30 timer)

Part 2 – Double KB Complexes (2x each, 6x total, 1:00 timer)

  • Swing x 5 + Clean x 5
  • Clean x 5 + Squat x 5
  • Squat x 5 + Push Press x 5

Part 3 – Repeat:

  • Strict Press x 8/8
  • KB Row x 8/8
  • Split Squat x 8/8

Part 4 – Abs. 3 sets
