  • Swing + Clean + Squat x 5 L/R

3. For 3 sets:

  • Snatch x 10/10
  • Single-Leg Deadlift x 5/5

4. For 3 sets:

  • Double Press x 8
  • Double KB Row x 8

5. Swing x 10 x 5 sets (1:00)
