Part 2 – 3 Sets:

  • Bottoms Up Clean + Press x 5/5
  • Squat x 5/5
  • Bent Over Row x 8/8
  • Pull Over x 8

Part 3: Snatch Sprints – :30L/:30R . 2 sprints.  2 minutes rest between sprints.
