Part 1: Single Hand Swings on the :30 x 20 sets –  7.7.10.10.10.7.7.10.10.7 (10 Minutes total)

Part 2 – 3 Sets

  • Windmill x 5/5
  • Goblet Squat x 8
  • Ring Push Up x 8
  • Scap Hang x 8

Part 3: Snatch Sprints.  :30L/:30R.  Two sprints.  2 min rest between sprints.
