Skill Drill: 1/2 Get Down

Part 1 – 3 Sets

  • Snatch x 10/10
  • TGU x 1/1 – We’re getting close to the end of TGU month.  If your form is solid, practice singles adding weight each time through the set.
  • Walking Lunge x 8/8
  • Ring Pull x 8

Part 2 – Single Arm Swings OT:30 x 6/7 x 20  Alternate Left and Right.
