1. Warmup + Cossack Stretches

2. Technique: Double Squat. 5 x 2

3. Double Kettlebell Complexes on the 1:00 (2x each)

  • Clean (5) + Push Press (5)
  • Swing (5) + Snatch (5)
  • Clean (5) + Squat (5)

4. Repeat:

  • Walking Lunge. 8/8
  • Strict Press. 8/8
  • Double KB Row. 8-12

5. On the 1:00:

  • Goblet Squat. 10 x 3
  • Ab Mat Crunch. 10 x 3
