Skill: Bottoms Up Clean

Part 1 – Complex x L/R x  3   Complete within 2 minutes, 2 minutes rest between sets:

  • Swing x 5
  • BU Clean x 5
  • Split Squat x 5
  • Snatch x 5

Part 2 – 3 Sets:

  • Ring Push Up x 8
  • 2 Pt Row x 8/8
  • Abs

Part 3: Heavy Swing x 5 + Deadlift x 5 On the Minute x 5
