Part 1: Single Hand Swings on the :30 x 7 x 20 (10 minutes total)

Part 2: Single KB Complex – 4 times through.  Start LIGHT work to medium heavy.

  • Bottoms Up Clean x 5
  • Lunge x 5
  • Press x 5 x L/R

Part 3: 3 Sets

  • Russian Twist x 8
  • Bent Over Row x 8
