It’s Turkish Get Up month and we’ll be breaking down the TGU into skill drills at the beginning of the month.

Today’s skill: Rolling 45s.

Part 1     3 Sets:

  • Snatch 10/10
  • 1/4 Get Up x 5/5
  • Split Squat x 5/5
  • Ring Pull x 8

Part 2

Single Hand Swings OT :30 x 8 x 20  Alternate L/R
