Medium Day

  1. Warmup
  2. KB Complex. 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • L/R: Swing. 5 + (Push Press + Snatch. 5) + Squat. 5
  3. Two-three sets:
    • Walking Lunge. 8/8 (16 steps)
    • Ring Pull or KB Row. 8-12 reps
    • KB Press. 8/8
  4. On the minute (5 sets):
    • Two-hand swing. 20
    • Goblet squat. 10
    • Two-hand swing. 20
    • Goblet squat. 10
    • Two-hand swing. 20
  5. Abs: 2 minutes
